DOH! I didn't even realize that's what he was doing until you pointed it out. {ng} I just thought he was eyeballing it wrong. But now that I sit corrected, it probably is valid, but just like with any intraday pattern, I wouldn't expect it to have as much mojo as if it were on a daily chart.
