I am not so sure of that. As I said last week according to the corporate representative of TD Ameritrade (who deals with this kind of stuff), where I held my shares until they were tendered, I was told that until/if/when the deal is opened up, I cannot untender my shares. I am going to call back tomorrow to see if this is still the case and/or whether she was incorrect.
