Is Rosen's amended complaint required to include all the original allegations?

Both logic and the word 'amended' would seem to indicate the original filing stands and Rosen has been given some time try putting some lipstick on this pig.

Any chance the judge doubts Rosen will be able to add anything of substance to their woeful filing? And in an effort to avoid appeal she gave them some extra rope?

I'm not well versed in the law and am admittedly biased. It seems to me that Rosen has now been given reasonable time to put up or shut up.
