Interesting article indeed. Can't help but believe some of those monies from the World Bank Group and affiliates IDA and IFC will make its way to the KALO coffers. On top of that it appears KALO is continuing to hire important jobs and with that in mind, $s are likely starting to finally come in. Looking forward to any news hopefully comfirming.
