The problem that is Wade is a proven scammer. Everything he does is a scam.

Next, the problem is not that perhaps the product is tasty (let's not get into economics and profitability, since it cannot be profitable in a big box scenario), but the massive load of toxic debt. What will a share be worth if there are 2-3 billion shares outstanding? That is what will happen in the end. There is nearly $500k in toxic debt which will convert at $0.0015 or lower. You'd need a $2-3 million bid at these prices to prevent the stock from going down. That's not going to happen and the stock will go to no bid, regardless of what anyone thinks of the "product".
