Many were saying DP was full of it when be talked about touching the plant in 2014.

Then they opened the lab and touched plant in 2014, becoming the 1st public company to do so.

Many said the SEC would never approve financing for the purposes of selling MJ, then TRTC became the first public company to get such approval.

Bottom line: TRTC was the 1st public company in the US to touch the plant and get SEC approval to raise money to sell pot.

They do everything first.

Oh, and I didn't know that Dominion wasn't an institution.
