According to their press release, GHDC still has claims in WEM. Call Investment Relations and they confirm it if true. However, they will try to ease the pain so you won't dump. They know the SEC pays little interest in pennyland. Best bet is call the BLM.
SFMI owes GHDC lease and royalty payments for the last 6 plus years. I wonder how that will play out.
