Currently, Ness says it is free of Alpha Capital Asphalt read it here http://www.nessenergy.com/, but if you read the last paragraph of this document. http://www.nessenergy.com/4-4-14.pdf The boy Boyce just gives all ownership to Alpha Capital.

Pretty straight forward. Who the owner is...
