Fair enough.
But last time there was insider selling they didn't file the forms for quite some time...so it's hard to guarantee that hasn't happened (not saying it has, just trying to give an unbiased opinion on what I've seen in the past).

There has been a fair amount of dilution. How are they keeping the lights on and paying their 11 employees? That 250k, which isn't on the balance sheet until January, only goes so far.

"ACTUAL REVENUE"...like I stated, it's not on the balance sheet until January so I'm not counting it until then.

The third party verification has mainly been by PR firms who are paid to do that. The tech mags, blogs, and media are just reprinting QMC's PRs, rarely offering any new information IMO.

Do we KNOW the shareholder base is growing significantly? Last time there was a lot of volume someone (forgot who, sorry) on the board said they had been responsible for a majority of the shares, then someone else chimed in that they had purchased a large amount as well...hard to guarantee that the base is increasing without knowing exact details.

Most of the agreements with universities are QMC paying for licensing of their technology.

Who are the top industry players? Sri was a nice addition but he's the head of a marketing services firm so it's in his best interest to write stories about various technologies/companies. I'd consider top industry players to be people from major OEMs or display companies.

I'm just trying to ask logical questions here J. I have no intention of bashing QMC as everyone here has their own agenda's, etc. I'm not going to say anything about the share price because people have their own ways of judging how much something is worth, etc. Hold if you think the price is reflective of the company, and sell if you think you can make a profit.

I just want everyone to be able to have as much info as possible.
