Also, the company is most likely going to be sold soon; therefore, TSA will not be worried at all. Let's see what happens but it will be gone by March is my view. I am not expecting a huge upside to equity price given the outstanding share count but it will be a decent premium to current given the patents, new products pending, NOLs, etc.

Agree with Nowak. Humm has been soft bashing the company for long weeks now. The way I see it is the are increasingly a 1000 the amount of units deployed. The old ones (5k) will get replaced.
