For you it may be a minor thing but for me whereI have invested my hard earned money - A CEO who outright lies in a PR (a communication that is formal and published) is not a minor thing - it is a question of trust and reliability. Same is true with moving to Pink - he did not inform SH such a bi thing. That was not a lie but deliberate omission.
Perhaps if the share price was higher (since Cellceutix - like all young biotechs - funds itself with equity) it would have paid for the UoB trial costs. Maybe it will do the UoB trial in the future if the share price recovers. I was disappointed to the trial put aside, I'm sure management (and the university) was too.
