Why would this matter? No stipulation I've found that requires him to turnover or sell those shares in order to leave the company in the share exchange agreement. Did I miss something??

I can't find one piece of documentation that states Corey has to turn his legacy shares back into MTVX once he resigns so not sure where that is going. He was a co-founder of APT and now he has left and started his own successful business. Not the first nor last time this has happened.

As far as the SC and SF Engine goes, in February those patents will go back to their rightful owner. Covey doesn't have a leg to stand on. He has not paid, as of today, for those patents, hence the lawsuit. Everybody wants documents, well, it's coming and that's not all. I have never stated that anything has been turned over legally but then again, claiming patents that have never been paid for isn't exactly legal either.

The reason it matter is because unless he transferred/sold his shares he is still a founding member of APT and is responsible to the shareholders of MTVX in every sense of the word...responsible

Isn't Covey responsible too? How's has that been working out? And how is Corey responsible, he's gone, resigned, moved on. All I see is an ethics issue, maybe, nothing legal. Perhaps we wait until the next lawsuit filed to find out more information or perhaps find out the real truth. First quarter of 2016 will be very interesting to say the least.

And last but not least, let's not forget about that insider trading scam between Covey and that "Peter dude". That is far from over.
