GE has money, lots of funding, an active CEO, lots of employees and many many revenue streams. MMMW is NO GE.

MMMW has nothing. I repeat NOTHING.

MMMW wouldn't even do fixed solar while developing the tracker. In other words MMMW wouldn't do anything to keep the company going while developing the product.

Fixed solar would have generated revenue and profits while building the brand name, but Ricker was too good to actually do work to generate company funds so the company is broke.
