Works both ways. False bids to trick people into thinking there's a lot of buying interest. Reality is its a scam to sell more of the company's shares to the unsuspecting who think there is a buying demand. Later there saying wtf or its ok I dont care about the pps. What they really unknowingly bought was a membership to the bag holders club.
