you really don't see how the flipping at the resistance line is causing this to fail to push through it? It is, no doubt about it. It isn't just that but its a big part of it. Think about the millions of shares that were bought above .20 a couple weeks ago on that high vol day. Even with the conversions this should be in the .20's by now easy. It isn't because not enough buyers in this lower range are staying in very long. They don't trust it and why should they?
