LGBS has a Letter of Intent for a merger with Veda Pharm Inc. They are looking to expand their operations. Joy Brown Meredith is partnering with Veda Pharm to open a new facility in Palm Springs. They just got the approval to do it. Ved Pharm already has 3 operating mmj dispensaries in Las Angeles. This will make #4 for them.
