No the Moderators job is to assure that iHub protocol is maintained NOT to start making up their own rules and threats. To make up your own rules is dictatorial, nazi. Simply ask the individual to post a link to back up their statement, if they can't then their post would be considered Off Topic, iHub rule, and the Mod is justified to delete it. No need for a Mod to pump up his breast and feathers.

As far as no one saying they want to stop/control shorting of CTDT:
Post 31053
" he is working hard to crush the shorting of the stock." this statement is ludicrous and insults the intelligence of any seasoned trader.

Post 31094
"Easiest way to beat the shorts is to get fins audited and get out of the sub pennies" another irrational statement, how are audited fins going to stop shorting no matter what board they are on , and always will be,and all are shorted.

And even if I have not been on any other board what does that have to do with my concerns here?

As far as obnoxious posters, again, iHub rules, if they are off topic, delete. Or if one finds them annoying, iHub has provisions so you can personally block them. IHub acknowledges that these are public boards so anyone can express their free speech rights. Not that I enjoy these/those @sses,and yes we deserve order, but, the Mod must also follow the rules and not start to make up his own, for a Mod to make up his own rules is dictatorial and egotistical.

No the No Parking example is not comparing apples with apples. If the sign said No Parking and the property owner made up his own threat 'will Be shot on site" that would not be allowed. He can not start making up his own 'rules' outside the rule of established law.

No I do not believe the statement was fascist, know it was, as the Mod is abusing his authority making up his own rules. Just like we do not want to tolerate obnoxious posters we have the right not to tolerate nazi Mod attitudes and should be free to say so.

Cheers
