EZRT has recently acquired 100% of the assets and all associated intellectual property rights to a fully functional interactive multi-player In-Game advertising system. This includes an integrated system of high-quality custom video game environments and advanced custom source codes that create a unique and unprecedented experience to the multi-player video gaming world. You may notice that we are beginning to dip our toes in a little bit of everything, aerial drones, online gaming, e-commerce, and crypto currency. I only see that we have pr’d the fact that we have acquired the online gaming company GameRevz, I’d expect to see more acquisition news coming out shortly. Take a look:

Now let’s take a look at some filings, according to their most recent Q, their assets actually outweigh their liabilities (completely unheard of in PennyLand, especially with one trading under .004):

Now in those very same filings it claims that EZRT has 100 Million Authorized Shares…I thought to myself there is no way in hell that it true for a stock trading this low with such low liabilities, but it was. Take a look:

Not only is the AS 100M, it actually decreased from 110M recently! So there are minimal liabilities and a 100M AS, what brought this down? Well apparently this was a “Wolf of Penny Stocks” promo that had gone bad and everyone (most likely unseasoned traders who follow email alerts) just kept bid whacking. So I kept digging to see what else I liked about this hidden gem and I found this:

A large private share holder owns 60,000,000 shares or roughly 68% of the company!!!
This large share holder leads me to believe that the current share structure on otcmarkets is up to date.

So judging by the current share structure, the minimal liabilities, and the recent acquisitions, I’d say we are more than set for multiple pennies imo. Take a look at their recently updated business description, more acquisitions on the way for this low floater!!!
