Your document is from 2003 and posted by PrisonPlanet LOL. The one I posted is from 2013, so obviously they were praised for their work way after so called "scam". If he was guilty of wrong doing he would have been locked up for 20 years and apparently that didn't happen. Just because there was a lawsuit against him, doesn't mean he did anything wrong.
