so, they are not done converting. They haven't even started selling. Pretty interesting.

So ASTI basically is having another 30mil shares sold through redwood , correct me if i'm wrong anyone but on last 10q stated 11/11/15 there were 93mil os then on 12/1 they filed S-1 to sell 30 mil shares and now it looks like they were sold since in this new S-1 says as of 12/14/15 there were 131,924,027 outstanding with next outstanding to be 161,924,027 after this new S-1 of 30mil shares is sold starting as soon as now.
