If you read up on Cabalis you will see that the problem was not Chas it was the Hedge fund company that was funding them. Cobalis put up company stock as collateral and the hedge fund company started shorting the stock and drove the pps into the ground. Cobalis did not want to file for bankruptcy either. They were forced into it. Share holders tried to sue the hedge fund but were prevented because there was already a pending law suit against them for similar tactics. If you talk with Chas you will find that he despises short selling and the threat it poses to young start-up companies. He is actively working here to prevent short selling. He has been burned by it and does not want it to happen again. I don't mind constructive debate but I don't want nor do other board members here want bashing. I consider it bashing when you just simply state that he personally drove a company into the ground and cost you money. There is a lot of information on Chas on-line. He has had some success and he has had some failure. I am OK with that. Failure tends to make one stronger and smarter. Since he has taken the reigns here at CTDT they have actually started executing like a business. He is a big reason why. Also - He does not plan on retaining the president position for the company. He is in discussion with very well established and extremely successful business person about filling that position. He wants to focus on development where his talents and passion are. While you are looking at the management team you may also want to look at Delisle. He took a startup company and made it successful in Detroit while everybody told him it could not be done. So I welcome your comments as long as they present a balanced discussion. If they look, smell or even have a hint of an attempt to drive pps down or scare others out of the stock the post will be deleted. If you legitimately would like information on the company I recommend you start with the information page. You may also go to the website and learn about the diamond making process. I would also recommend you look up anything you can find on Mr. Snaper. It is his patent that Bally's is built on. He is the founder and chief scientist. He has an abundance of patents as well as ideas for patents that CTDT will tap into. But the biggest thing is the game changing properties of the magnatek process. Diamond has been to expensive to use as a raw material in the past yet its properties are far superior to any other substance when it comes to electrical transmission and heat dispersion. Magnatek will make diamond and affordable raw material.

Yes I would agree, however, even the smallest amount of research can tell alot about Chas' character, business acumen and tenacity. He has never even received a Wells notice in any of his public company plays!
I have made alot of money following his plays, and lost some too. that is called "Business".
