When you REALLY have something, does it matter when you release the news? The r/s needed to be executed prior to the end of 2015 to keep in line with what they have been saying - so far they have done all that they said they were going to do - and building good foundation of trust. Most important.

Timing on news release, irrelevant and I personally think very early January would be best. who knows?
