If this thing doesn't pop, and I end up with a loss on this one, I'm going to sue the pants off of this company and its directors. I lost a substantial amount of money because this company failed to disclose that some of the primary financiers and investors have been accused in multiple instances of fraud. Some of them still have family ties to the company from what I can tell. It looks like the game was rigged the entire time, and I never would have invested had I known the types of people I was dealing with. I've got deep pockets and lots of attorney friends, so they will be hearing from me if this thing doesn't get back up in the dollars before the units expire.
That said, I still think that it's possible. If the unit holders decided to throw some money in the common stock, they could really benefit. It wouldn't take too much, but we will just have to see. In the mean time, I will be getting my draft complaint(s) ready for filing.
