Dude, the only scam was the pump and dump scam that someone else pulled off on this stock, like with other "pinky" stocks. I agree for the most part almost all the stocks out there are pump and dump scams. But just so you know here are the sales for this company.
2012- $ 11,000
2013- $896,000
2014-$ 1,764,000
2015- $2.8 million (9 months), I expect 4 million plus for the year maybe even 4.5 million
That is a pretty impressive growth record. The company is riddled with problems and toxic financing but things are improving for solar companies and this one is about as low as it can go. There is a slim chance they can turn this around.
Many other "scams" as you call them have ZERO sales and ZERO operations just a bunch of nonsense.
