All common shareholders lose with Chapter 11. Ashmore especially. And then the problem starts all over again. Getting financing.

So if Chapter 7 results in some assets sold for value, then that is the obvious solution. Even if that means the end. That was my reasoning anyway. Hope that makes sense.
