I don't think anyone has really figured that out. If you use Google as a proxy (software, similar ad placement etc) one could argue it may be around 3.5%.
Based on that I made a wild guess of 1.5-2% (assuming that the 3.5% we saw in google was a fair proxy which it may not be, and then taking a discount for avoiding court). One thing we've learned with this stock, no one has a clue!
I would not expect a high percentage for royalties but my concern is the obvious ruling as well as the cls vs alice ruling from the past with these software patents. They might not be worth anything in the current patent market.
Part two, if indeed these patents are valid and enforceable, it seems they are being infringed upon and would be owed money for.
