No where in that article did they mention EPGL or anything about contact lenses.
They did mention: Subaru, Jaguar, Land Rover, Audi, Maersk, Rockwell,Roof Monitor, ZTE-Mobley WiFi, Smart Cities Organization, a couple of universities, and a Hackathon Convention.
In the Health and Medical paragraph they mentioned something for the wrist and helping to monitor vitals. These wearable devices are already to market.
There were forward looking comments. Maybe that's where you extrapolate EPGL into this release. Also, the article doesn't headline as "$EPGL partner AT&T".
