I don't know what the average drop out rate is for that type of trial but I would think that it's very small at that stage of the trial. It could be not worth worrying about. Just my opinion.

I would be more interested in when mojo thinks the final analysis (unblinding if IA1,2 do not lead to a halt) would happen.

That happens at 3 * the IA1 number of events. So he thinks it will be 582. Not THAT would be like forever!

P.S., the company has repeatedly clarified that IA-1 is at 1/3 the number of events as the expected events in the final analysis.
