Yea, but it's supposed to be a pivotal 10Q because it has to show revenue from the sales on Amazon and of course list all notes paid, in default and any new notes. Remember the highly promoted bridge loan? Supposedly that was available right away with just a promissory note, no 8K nor S-1 required, or at least that's what they led us to believe.
