259,876,500 shares owned by insiders... as it stands the A/S can afford 44,872,630 added shares. All shares issued the O/S would stand at 965,003,870. A 25% increase in A/S to 1,000,000,000 will surely be the last straw.

All of the cheerleading and yet the end result is so clear... it's Naive at best.
