As always, not guilty until proven otherwise... Especially when GPSI is not even named as a Defendant....

I still remembered how many on this GPSI board went over-drive on this particular case from the very start....

As long as you do business especially related to payment, there will be law-suits.... It is part and parcel of that type of business....
