#315905 RE: Decarz #315901

In excess of 370 MILLION shares traded these last two days. Have we observed even the most modest increase in pps? Allow me the pleasure of repeating a tale:

As my former posts have stated in repetition, the pps CANNOT RISE until YA is repaid in full. The law of Supply and Demand does NOT apply to thia stock (literally) due to the nature of the financial instruments (the convertible debentures) associated with YA's loans to Neom (newbies, please reference last paragraph below for further detail). Neom unfortunately owes $40M, and thus would require scaling of any "revenue generating" apps which might launch.

At .03 per click, how many clicks does it require to repay the debt (as the interest due rises)? The answer is far more (massive multiples) than ApplePay and GooglePay currently and collectively enjoy. CurrentC has yet to launch, and that too will need to scale.

And historically speaking, there exists no evidence YA will be repaid in full anytime soon, seeing as Neom has not made so much as a dent all these years.

Via the posts of many here seeking to drive volume (which I would have welcomed readily 7 or 8 years back), these posts work counterintuitively and stand to negatively impact people who have already lost considerable wealth and experienced several reverse splits.

Recall that YA originally saught a 1:2500 r/s in the last r/s (along with an unprecidented increase in the A/S to something to the tune of 500 BILLION shares as I recall). Ultimately, this was reduced to 1:1500, and then to 1:100 with an increase in A/S to 7.5 BILLION. Doesn't anyone here consider it even the least likely (but still plausible), that because they were unable to obtain the terms they originally called for, that the next r/s will take care of the balance they were seeking?

I urge all iHubbers to be cautious. IMO, this is NO time to be posting any material that might have an iHubber investing so much as a dollar in this manipulated and poor excuse of of a stock (JMO).

All of the above...merely one man's view based upon history and having lived through TWO reverse splits which most here denied would occur (including myself) until the aftermath :-(

One additional consideration:
Since this last filing identified that YA continues to convert its debentures into commonstock and flood the market to meet any and all demand (thereby forcing the pps to remain at .0001), with each post compelling a hopeful or newbie to invest, we are diluting our own investment. IMO, now is not the time.

JMO...

Best,
BC

You my friend are just a pumper at this stage you gave all your family members all those shares over the years. DO you see anywhere were Wal-Mart and Neom are joined in any news stories. All wishful thinking on your part. Your money is long gone and now with NO BID it is for sure gone! NEOM is an ADVERTISING company how many times you need to hear this it has zip, zero, nada to do with mobile payments!
