Someone must have monitored yesterday's Public Hearing and it had to have gone very well for STWS. As I understand it, this was the hearing on the go-ahead and permits for the Capitan Reef project, which will be huge. Everything has hinged on getting the approval and permits to begin the project and contract there. Today is looking even better.
