I don't, but what I do use is logic. I think it would be extremely detrimental to the company and to the CEO's reputation if they immediately raised the authorized without even putting any news out. Everything has a calculated risk. The reward on this far exceeds the risk so it is worth the gamble. We will have a window of free trading dilution free. With this share structure chart and story you and I both know this stock is going to rock people's worlds. I haven't been doing this for 20 years because I'm lucky.
