I thought the S1 was withdrawn at the request of LBSR? Did I miss something?

It sounds to me like maybe they no longer require those funds. PP?

If there is no longer a S1 or S1a does that mean the "quiet period" is over?

What's that going to do to the drilling funding? If no S-1, how much can be raised at a time with the $500K?

I guess I can go back and read it myself, but I am taking an on-line course in mineral exploration through the Acme School of Mines, and there is a fascinating series of lectures on gossans that I am trying to understand......
