I think your third sentence would apply. Do you have Level II? I figured that you probably do, as I have seen three nice buys so far:
10:32 B 10K @ .205
10:33 B 25K @ .22
10:34 B 25K @ .22
I picked up 6.6K to round off my position @ .19 @ 11:25.
Hard to figure what he is up to today. That initial block sale at the open at .15, came out of nowhere. A close at .20 or higher today would be a plus, but by no means any sort of indicator of future activity.
Not to sound nosy, but are you a stockholder?
