That alway sucks. Well if nothing is published in March then it is time to hit the road with my losses. At that point they should go down the path of being dlisted

SEC is appealing these rulings by Judge May that ALJ is unconstitutional. Even if they don't win the appeal (which I think they will win), case will just be held in federal court rather than the AlJ. Judge just ruled on ALJ not on IR violations.
