151 was larger/better location, higher quality whale bait. Clearly worked. Koi ponds are full. Oscoda was because they flunked out of certification with the JFK FSDO. They have had a station office at JFK since 2001 (T-1), then moved in 2003 to T-4. Never had actual operations, obviously, except the Cessna (owned and flown by whom, I wonder). Total waste of investor capital, any way they try to spin it.
