"Apparently Rosen is looking for a 60 day extension in hopes of finding something more to found their case upon."

This is what he said in response to the Sullivan Letter (Of course the Judge later said she wasn't going to pay no never mind to neither of 'em.):
"Plaintiff also requests they be given leave to file an amended complaint within 45 days of the Court’s order appointing lead plaintiff."

"The Court will hear the parties regarding
scheduling and any proposed motions at the conference currently scheduled for December 18, 2015."

Will the Court accept the proposed lead plaintiff on Friday or will she give Sullivan some time to put together an objection or will Sullivan waive the opportunity to do that? Last we heard he didn't have any objection to Gary Z (forgot the guys name).
