He is here when it goes up and here when it goes down. Don't let him get to you. What I do think its interesting that on top of decreasing interest rates, they are introducing negative rates. Also fun fact, I was watching baa tumble yesterday and noticed that the minute market closed, ask was .1880, and bid was .16 even. Interesting. Happens every day. And people say this isn't manipulated at all.

There's pressure on the multi nationals due to the strong dollar and their divi's are starting crack. Yet the economy can't support the half $trillion ticks to service the debt.
