I have been involved in several business sale processes and you would be surprised at the offer range.

Ariad rejected what I believe was the low bid offer... That happens all time in formal sale processes.

Make no mistake about it that set the floor and I suspect the actual buyout price will be much more.

By the way if you think for one second the value of this company is anywhere close to being reflected in the current market price you need to redo your math.
