That's my initial thinking too. The pps broke out of the channel it had been in for a long time after all of this was known. This is NOT new news.

Could be a dip, but apparently there are some people still wanting, and probably waiting today to pick up more shares.

How can you not be concerned? I have never seen a 14c with a wide range R/S announcement. Is it 1/100 or 1/500 or 1/3000? This wipes out your entire account. How is this good. The 14c should have been more definitive.

Enlighten me if I am wrong!!
