The timing is certainly questionable. He's irrelevant in grand scheme of things of how Sphere develops now. Just leave him alone to tend the corn. Agree about the hampering of future employment. Especially when you use terms like "f&ck" in a post.

I am a lawyer and he is putting himself in terrible jeopardy as to how the company could his comments. i would sue him immediately.
