Why would issuing stale numbers that have already been publicly announced make SCRC look "very strong"? Especially if material adverse events have already occurred and are public knowledge since the 2014 period which the 10K would cover?

They stopped PR'ing monthly numbers... ...then PR'd a 2-month combined number for MAY and JUN of only $2.23M... ...then skipped announcing JUL numbers altogether (for which we still don't know what JUL was)... ...then skipped AUG only to PR $1.136M for AUG along with $1.68M for SEP so that they can point to the fact that SEP was higher than AUG... ...then skipped OCT and have apparently now skipped NOV as well... ...there is nothing the market hates more than unreliability and inconsistency as this behavior raises skepticism and erodes confidence.
