This could be one of many things:

1 - A scam or case of plagiarism
2 - A franchise expansion
3 - An acquisition

Good find. Based on the state of the site, I'd guess you were not supposed to find it. It looks like a work in progress.

Looks like they just copied the entire old site to a new URL and did some inexpensive modifications. We can also surmise it was done prior to the 9/10 press release since the news feed shows and old stock price and is apparently not live enough to update.

If you email GB/IR and it suddenly disappears, I think you have your answer as to who is behind it. The ticker change would imply something is coming and in the works since at least early September, but no idea what.
