For the sake of my own sanity, the official date that Breitling became a publically traded company was Jan 15th 2014.

That was the day the Articles of Incorporation were amended to reflect the official closing of the RM, filed with the Nevada Secretary of State.

The 2011 pump and dump was long before Chris Faulkner was involved and Breitling Energy had nothing to do with it.

Ran Mires was irresponsible and misleading in his article, and his attempt to be a "shareholder advocate" only seems demonstrate how little even he knows about what is happeing with THIS company.

Make a note of it and lets move on.
