I agree, lets see your sources.

The Anti's are raising all sorts of WATER arguments in this comment period, However they can only argue the three points set out by the MN DNR which are as follows"

1. Does the final EIS analyze the topics identified in the scoping?

2. Does the final EIS respond to the comments received on the draft?

3. Did the DNR follow the process established in state statue and the rule for preparing an environmental impact statement?

The Anti's may not like the answers the DNR gave to their comments on the draft but the only recourse at this point in the PROCESS is to wait till the MNDNR issues its Adequacy Decision then sue and argue it out in the courts, that's if the courts ever let the suit go forward.

The EPA appears to be on board with its EC-2 rating of the draft, this rating can go up one more notch, stay the same but will not go down.
