I don't think he is being dishonest, I believe he has just made mistakes due to inexperience. He seems like a great entrepreneur with solid vision. The problem is he runs this like a private company with no one to answer to but it isn't; it is a Public company with investors who want to know what is going on. Combine that with an IR that doesn't bother to reply to investors 90% of the time and when they actually do respond they don't tell you anything anyway. It has proven to be a lethal combination to the share price and the company's investors.

It is a repairable problem but first they have to admit to their failings and instead of just promising more communications, actually do it!
