Exactly but if you are patient and have the money as I do to load the few penny stocks that are top notch like PUGE at low levels and lock them up you can make HUGE $$$. I have been in good stocks that ran over 5000% to 50,000% through just suck patience.

As I said...OTC's are trades...treat em as such. CEO went silent...that's the sell down signal for reload...no brainer.
