philipmax, I agree that JPM can not just pay a group of LTW holders without addressing all holders that did not sign that release.

It sure would be nice to know if any of those large holders are planning to pursue litigation for payment to our claim. If anyone knows please post so we can feel comfortable our interests are being addressed.

I quite doubt that JPM would make any payments to any LTW Holders before it received the Award from the DOJ.

A Settlement Agreement with certain LTW Holders payable once JPM received the Award from the DOJ is what I had in mind.
